Appointments are recommended but not required. Walk-ins are always welcome — we'll get you in as quickly as possible.
02What should I bring when I drop off my car?
Just your vehicle and keys. If you have previous repair records or a specific concern, let us know when you arrive.
03Is there a drop-off option?
Yes! We have a 24/7 key drop box at our front door. Fill out the envelope with your info and concern, drop your keys, and we'll call you in the morning.
04How long will diagnostics take?
Most diagnostic scans take 30-60 minutes. We'll call you with findings and a clear estimate before doing any work.
