01Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes — our technicians service all domestic and import vehicles, from daily drivers to luxury cars. We have the diagnostic equipment for Ford, Chevy, Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes, and everything in between.
02How long will my repair take?
Most routine services (oil changes, brake pads, diagnostics) are completed same-day. Larger repairs typically take 1-2 days. We'll give you a clear timeline when we provide your estimate, and we'll text you updates along the way.
03Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop in?
We accept both! Appointments guarantee a time slot, but we welcome walk-ins and will get you in as quickly as possible. For oil changes and inspections, no appointment is usually needed.
04How do I know if I really need the repair you're recommending?
We believe in full transparency. We'll show you exactly what we found — often with photos or video from under your vehicle. We explain what's urgent, what can wait, and what's just something to keep an eye on. No pressure, ever.
05What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, cash, and personal checks. We want to make payment as convenient as possible.
06Do you do state inspections?
Yes, we perform state safety and emissions inspections. Walk-ins welcome for inspections — most are completed within 30 minutes.
